What makes it Qatar-specific

Tax
No VAT is enacted. Excise is live at 50–100% and paid at import. The engine ships built and dormant, ready for the day the law lands. E-invoicing draft law approved May 2026.
Payments
NAPS and Himyan, QPay, QMP, and Fawran — the cheapest rail in the country at a flat fee. The till shows what each tender costs you.
People
WPS payroll files, QID and work-permit expiry, Baladiya health cards, and staff screens in the language each person actually speaks.
Calendar
Prayer times drive breaks and service holds. Ramadan moves eleven days earlier each year, so forecasting runs on the Hijri calendar.
Supply
Almost everything is imported. Shelf life is consumed in transit, so expiry management starts at the port, not the shelf.
